Brazil is the largest country in South America, spanning over 8.5 million square and is the fifth-largest country in the world. And home to the Amazon Rainforest, which produces around 20% of the world's oxygen.
Additionally, Brazil is the only country in South America where Portuguese is the official language, a legacy of its colonial history.
Brazil's Carnival in Rio de Janeiro is the world’s largest. And I can say now by not even celebrating Carnaval, Brazil is so special, beautiful, kind, relaxed, curious people, and so big. In Brazil on the Amazon river I realised how big this earth really is. I fly 10+ hours but seeing it with your own eyes. You will see this in Brazil.
I only had 7 weeks here, but I will for sure go back!
How I traveled: Rio de Janeiro, Sao Jaoa del Rei, Belo Horizonte, Manaus, Belem, Barreirinhas, Pipa.
